4 Point Inspection

When you’re preparing to invest in a home, and you’re doing your due diligence to see what it will take to have the home insured, you’ll find that many agencies will want you to schedule a 4 Point Inspection. For this inspection service, we’ll determine the condition of four key features of the property: the HVAC system, plumbing system, electrical system, and roof.

If you’re not 100% comfortable buying a home after issues we discovered have reportedly been resolved by the seller, a great option is to schedule a Re-inspection. We’ll confirm whether or not any repairs have been done properly, thoroughly investigating the condition of the previously defective component—while also checking other areas of the home to ensure that the repairs haven’t impacted the condition of other components.

Roof Certification

Wind Mitigation Inspection Service - Large hurricane heading towards the south east coast of Florida

Wind Mitigation

For this inspection service, we’ll survey a property to learn about the wind mitigation features that are currently in place. It’s ill-advised to invest in a coastal home without knowing that it will be protected from wind damage—and we’ll make sure you know what additional wind mitigation features your prospective home may need before you close on the property.

Third-Party Inspection Services

These add-on inspection services will be performed by a third-party professional for an additional fee.
